We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

Bank Transfer

  • Direct bank deposits accepted
  • Please use your order number or invoice number as the reference
  • Allow 24-48 hours for payment verification

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for orders within Nairobi and selected towns
  • Pay in cash when you receive your order - requires confirmation beforehand.
  • Additional verification may be required for first-time orders

Credit/Debit Cards

  • Visa and Mastercard accepted
  • Secure payment processing
  • Your card information is encrypted and protected

Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across Kenya:

  • Nairobi & Environs: Next-day delivery available
  • Major Towns: 2-3 business days
  • Other Areas: 3-5 business days

Delivery Charges

  • Nairobi CBD: KES 200
  • Nairobi Suburbs: KES 300
  • Outside Nairobi: KES 350 - KES 600 (depending on location)
  • Free delivery on orders above KES 5,000 within Nairobi

Delivery Process

  1. Place your order online or via phone, or email
  2. Receive order confirmation via Email
  3. Make payment using your preferred method
  4. Your order is processed and dispatched
  5. Receive tracking information, if not delivered by our own vehicles
  6. Delivery to your specified address

Pickup Option

You can also collect your order from our walk-in showroom and store:

  • No delivery charges
  • Orders ready for pickup within 24 hours
  • Bring your order confirmation and ID

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day
  • Weekend and public holiday orders will be processed on the next business day

Returns & Refunds

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original new condition, in original un-opened packaging, un-used
  • Refunds processed within 7-14 business days
  • Handling fee's may apply on items returned outside of the return period, or on items returned where there is no fault with the equipment.
  • Return shipping costs may apply
